More sets doesn’t = more growth tho. If u wanna focus on soemthing more should focus on form, and going to failure

Proportionally in the workout. So more sets for biceps Vs rear delts if you want to bring up biceps on your pull day.

nawh number of exercises is important , if ur doing 6 or 7 exercises per muscle group or even workout ur not working hard enough within the sets
