Dr Kritan is one of our regular vets - we have been working with him for nearly 2 years now. Over this time he has sterilized thousands of animals! We only need 933 people to subscribe for just FIVE DOLLARS per week, this will give enough of a guaranteed monthly cash flow to add another 2 dedicated S&N vets, another 2 dedicated dog catchers, get through our massive waiting list of cats AND to run some spayathon events on nearby islands & the mainland!

A huge round of A-PAWS to Susan Field & Lynn Grebstad who recently ran a fundraiser for us: The Great Closet Cleanout on Samui is a bi-annual event – with beautiful good quality western style clothes – it’s a must attend event each time it’s held. Saturday the 4th of November – the event was held at Tembo Beach Club & Resort, Samui with proceeds going to our Sterilizing program. It was a really fun day with lots of people coming through and buying some really great clothes. Our volunteers even grabbed some great buys. Our deepest thanks & gratitude to Susan & Lynn who we work closely with us to undertake island wide sterilizing of street dogs & cats. The team at Tembo who graciously let us use a spare room at their resort shop to be used for this event. Loads of people worked tirelessly in the lead up & post event – we thank all of them for their service to the forgotten animals of Koh Samui. To everyone who came and bought items – we thank you – this event raised over 25,000THB ($1,000AUD) which we will spend either on our mainland dog project or our ongoing Samui cats project, it amounts to either 25 dogs or 50 cats EXTRA that we can sterilize over the coming months.

Round of A-PAWS for @happydoggoniall
April 2022 we started working with Happy Doggo, over this time the partnerships has helped us grow, shown us that we can aim high and achieve anything we put our minds to.
This month they supported us to sterilize 200 Dogs – 123 of which were female meaning over 8.2 MILLION puppies that wont be born to a life of neglect on the streets of Koh Samui.

Angela: RDF Office
This cute cat just started hanging around our office. She went missing for a few days and when she came back we were so happy to see her we decided she was ours.
We named her Angela after the cat loving character in the sitcom “The Office”.
We all love her a lot.

Happy Anniversary: RDF & @happydoggoniall
October 2022 Rob’s Dogs & Happy Doggo ran a HUGE Spay-a-thon at Wat Samret.
It was our first ever Spayathon with Happy Doggo.
Sterilizing 87 animals over the week & preventing the birth of over 4.4 million unwanted dogs. Our work on Samui is currently a very small grass roots movement – we operate without overheads and rely on donations of time, money and supplies. We worked really hard to make this amazing event happen. We would like to thank:
Wat Samret for the use of their community hall – it was a really great space to work in.
Rajamangala University Of Technology Srivijaya_RMUTSV for allowing their professors & students to travel to Samui to do this event. ่
่Perfect Companion Group Ltd. Me-O and SmartHeart for donations of food and helping to cover costs of the event.
LUSH Australia for their grant to buy the animal transport vehicle which made so many trips all over the island carrying dogs & supplies for this event.
Our wonderful volunteer support staff:

Written by one of our supporters who is passionate about empathetic cooking, and has spent years adapting and perfecting family favorite recipes in a compassionate manner, she has gifted us the cookbook to raise money and awareness for the plight of animals worldwide.
This collection of 50 recipes, many of which are classic Australian recipes including: Pasties, Sausage Rolls, Toad in the Hole, Sausage loaf, Lemon slice, caramel slice, vanilla slice and Yo-yo’s. Heavily influenced by the authors time in Asia it includes classic Asian dishes such as: Mango “Chicken”, Lemon “Chicken”, Mongolian “Beef”, Sweet Chili “Chicken: and Thai Pumpkin Soup.
In addition to the amazing recipes, the author has included a list of essential vegan ingredients, with descriptions on what the ingredients are and what they can be used for. The recipes each has clear easy to follow instructions with step by step full color photographs.
