Introducing our brand new coffee, Texas BBQ! ๐ค ๐จโ๏ธ
Weโre absolutely thrilled to share this with yโall. As you know, weโre based in Austin and have access to some of the best BBQ in the world. So we wanted to take our love for that delicious fare and apply it to what we know best.
Our Texas BBQ coffee is made using a proprietary โflash smokingโ process during roasting that gives the coffee a deeper, bolder flavor. While not wood-smoked, we went with a smoking method that would best accentuate the flavors of our Colombia/Guatemala/Mexico blend. (That said, we have a wood-smoked trick up our sleeves too, so stay tuned)
Whether youโre getting up at the crack of dawn for work or to start a 12 hour long brisket cook, this dark roast is sure to hit the spot.
