How do virtual book tours work?
1. Schedule the tour at least 5 weeks out from your desired tour week. Then I will send you the media kit to fill out. And once that is sent back to me with a flat lay of your cover and your author photo and then I will
2. Make graphics, the initial email for my hosts (readers & reviewers), and create your tour page that includes a q&a, excerpt, and how to purchase your book. It will also hold the tour stops at the end of the tour. This link will also go out on every tour post from our hosts.
3. The hosts will have 2-3 weeks to signup
4. The hosts will the receive the final email with your bookfunnel link or if it is a KU tour, the link to download from KU.
5. The week of the tour, they will post on the date that they chose on their social media or choice (bookstagram, booktok, or their bookish blog).
6. The week after the tour is finished, I will credit the hosts and also take those reviews on social media and place them on the tour page I had originally made for you. Then I will send you the tour page link again along with a review link for you to hopefully review us.
