Spicy Paloma Mocktail 🧡✨
· A few jalapeño slices
· 1oz honey syrup
· 1oz lime juice
· 2oz Ritual tequila alternative
· 2oz grapefruit juice
· Splash of sparkling water
· Optional: Rim side of the glass with chamoy + tajin. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.

Jalapeño honey syrup:
· In a saucepan, add equal parts honey + water. Add a few slices of jalapeños (seeds included) and simmer for a few minutes.

Mocktail:
· Rim side of glass with chamoy + tajin and set aside.
· In a cocktail shaker, add a few slices of jalapeños (with seeds) and 1 oz of homemade honey syrup.
· Add 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice.
· Add 2 oz of N/A tequila (or reposado if that’s your vibe)
· Ads 2 oz of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
· Add ice, shake, and serve.
· Top with sparkling water & garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
