Developing control and strength during trunk rotation is important! Try this supine trunk stability rotation with your knees flexed ⤵️
• Lay on your back with your arms out stretched into a T; flexing your knees and hips to 90°
• Place a foam roller or towel between your knees ↔️
• Rotate the knees to one side, while keeping both shoulder blades down ⬇️
Notice my hand position switching. If my knees drop to the left, my right palm is up ⬆️ and vice versa!
