Have you tried this variation of the tantrum? It’s actually a better way to target the upper hamstring (closer to the buttocks area). Fun fact; this is an often neglected muscle and training this can help you run faster! Do you use the parallettes? It can be an awesome tool for upper limb pulling patterns, here, we’re using the same tool for a lower limb pulling pattern! Like the tantrum exercise we shared last time, this drill is specific to achieving conditioning to a different part of the hamstring! Being able to plan specificity has helped us deliver results, faster!
