Falling is an art. - Excerpt from Ep. 184. - In this business we have a term for a hike in to a location for a hunting trip. Generally they are 2-3 days into an elk hunt that is not going as well as we hoped and we want to get into more elk or something of that nature. I have a had a few of them on Turkey hunts too. When you take off with camera rig and a heavy pack in a general direction with an unknown destination for an unknown amount of time, those normally qualify as a death march. Ryer and Joe just got back from the Death March of all Death Marches. British Columbia Canada is a different animal and when you are there for Moutain goat, key word being "Moutain" its going to have several elements of suck involved. Ryer in particular found the suck. I told Ryer before he left this was either going to be the best trip he has ever been on or the worst. Special thanks to Bergara Rifles for letting us tag along on such an epic adventure.
