So bring to mind someone on your heart that you’d like to improve a relationship with.
Imagine that person and what they must have been like as a five year old child.
That beautiful Sage Bring is still within them.
But it’s been hidden by those sneaky, sneaky Saboteurs.
Imagine, saying or doing something kind for that Sage Being.
Feel compassion for that individual, because they are just like you a mixed bag of Saboteurs and Sage.

Notice, when your judging another person, recognize your inner Judge and how it hijacks you.
How is it showing up in your body?
Is it irritation?
Is it frustration?
Is it anger?
Is it superior?
Or is it resentful?

Stop and do a PQ Rep to get grounded & back into your body….
So, you can show up with your Sage to respond.
And let the inner Judge go.

Let’s do a PQ Rep on the sensation of that NOW Emotion.
Is that emotion showing up as a tightness in your neck? A tightness in your shoulders? Perhaps your breathing is quickened or elevated.
Let’s do a Visual PQ Rep by focusing on one thing in front of you.
Notice the pink blossoms.
Notice their texture & shape.
Notice their color & detail.
Now shift your focus to the soft diffused blue sky. Then start to bring awareness of the sensation of that NOW Emotion.
Soften your neck.
Soften your chin.
Soften your shoulders.
Soften your breathing.
Allow yourself to relax and get back into your body, as you breath with that NOW Emotion.

Recall a recent situation when you got hijacked triggered, feeling angry with yourself.
This is your inner judge. Your inner judge wants to control your thoughts, your emotions, so you aren’t able to show up in your authentic self.
Instead of being upset with yourself in this situation, could you visualize yourself be more compassionate, more patient with yourself next time?
