A super quick demo inserting a menstrual disc. ✨ Discs are placed differently than menstrual cups! The back of the disc should be behind the cervix, the “catch” portion below the cervix, and then the front rim is tucked up behind your pubic bone to hold it securely in place. The disc seen here is from @Our.cora .
