During this 1-hour workshop on Ayurveda and baby massage, Justine will guide you to the basic principles of Ayurveda and how they can be applied to infant care. Through the workshop you will learn:

We are not super aware of this muscle in day to day life but gosh is it useful and necessary in yoga if we want to develop our practice towards load barring inversions such as Shirshasana (headstand) and Picha Mayurasana (forearm balance) π€ΈββοΈ
