This autumnal spiced chocolate bark is mouth-wateringly good and full of nutrients! π€€ Plus, it's super easy to make!
Mix a variety of seeds and dried fruit into a bowl along with 1 tbsp of melted coconut oil, 1 tbsp of yoghurt and 1 tsp of cinnamon, nutmeg and ground ginger.
Line a dish with baking paper and evenly spread the seed mix.
Melt 1 bar of dark chocolate and pour on top of the seed mix.
Wait 10 minutes and then scatter on a few more seeds, dried fruit, crushed pretzels and a chopped ProYouth Choco Brownie bar.
Add to the freezer until it's hardened (at least 1 hour) and then enjoy! π
