Healthy, High Protein Snack Idea!
You need to try these Chocolate Protein Truffles, recipe below:
- 40g @proteinworks Whey Protein 360 Choc Hazelnut flavour
- 20g @proteinworks Pure Fine Oats
- 5g cocoa powder
- Splash of milk
Combine the above ingredients, roll into 5 balls, coat in melted chocolate, freeze for an hour and ENJOY!

5 ingredient biscoff protein bars! Recipe below 👇
160g biscoff spread
40g Speculoos Vegan Extreme
30g Pure Fine Oats
40g biscoff spread
40g vegan dark choc + 1/2 tsp coconut oil
Stir together the protein and oat flour in a bowl. Add the biscoff spread and stir until a dough forms. Press this into a small(ish), lined loaf tray.
Melt the biscoff and vegan dark choc in the microwave, in separate bowls. Add the coconut oil to the chocolate (helps make it more runny). Pour the melted biscoff and chocolate onto the dough layer at the same time. Use a knife to swirl them together.
Set in the fridge for 2 hours, then cut up and enjoy (best kept in the fridge).
