😡 I get so angry every time I see an ad for products supposedly to help prevent or reduce the severity of colds and flus, when they're full of JUNK meaning they lower our immune system making us sicker anyway, meaning we'll buy more of their products thinking we need it!! Ugh!
We need to fix our diet and lifestyle. That's what works! Not crappy powders and sprays and capsules and whateverelse from the chemist or supermarket.
Even health food stores are culprits here! Selling shit we don't need.
Eat real food (paleo). Get lots of sun. Don't be a couch potato. Manage and reduce stress. Sleep well. Boom.

A: Well, you can't actually do this!
It's a myth we can choose a particular area on the body to tone. It's an all-over-body thing.
And in terms of where we see toning (which is fat reduction and muscle density increasing) happen first or the most across the body depends on many factors including genetics and body composition.
The best exercises for reducing fat and increasing muscle density are:
✨ 1-2 sprints per week
✨ Walking as many days a week as possible
✨ Compound strength training 1-2 times per week (heavy weight, low reps and sets)
✨ Regular mini-movement sessions throughout the day, everyday
✨ Fun incidental stuff like bushwalking, kayaking, SUPing, playing physical games etc

😎 There's nothing coming from the sun to damage our eyes late in the afternoon especially in the cooler months, and if it's glare that's making people wear sunnies then they're missing out on the good light (aka essential nutrients for a balanced circadian rhythm) and being able to get used to glare!

Why I'm one of those weirdos who walks OFF the footpath and on the grass!
Because it's so good for my joints. It's way better if you're barefoot or in minimalist footwear, your feet and ankles can strengthen and stabilise brilliantly. But even in regular shoes it's still super beneficial because your ankles, knees, hips and lower back can benefit.
When we stick to what's comfortable, easy and flat we get weaker, lazier and unhealthier.
I hope this inspires you to get off the path next time you go for a walk!
