We are devastated by last night’s mass shooting at Michigan State University. Incidents of gun violence like this one can cause widespread trauma and PTSD, as well as immense grief and heightened anxiety. To everyone impacted by this latest tragedy, please know that support is available.

Here, Dr. Laura Erickson-Schroth (@writerdoctor), Chief Medical Officer @jedfoundation, takes us through some tangible steps for coping with trauma.
