You get what you pay for. This is often the result when you get a ‘cheap’ installation done and the plumbers are either unskilled or under ridiculous time constraints to complete an installation. The hot water system is still under warranty so the owner can go through the warranty process with Vulcan but the pipes at this property have already burst!

It’s a good thing she gave us a whistle. We’ve fixed the pipes to our pedigree standards and completed a leak loss report which only licensed plumbers can do for her to get some money back.
