I try to limit higher-calorie treats to just 1 cheat day per week. That way I don't feel deprived or feel like I'm missing out. It's all about balance.
Even though this vegan mayo recipe isn't something I'd eat daily, I don't beat myself up for enjoying it occasionally. Being too restrictive can backfire. Giving myself a little break keeps me on track long-term.
