We have had a bountiful summer squash harvest this year. Perfect to make a summer squash and corn relish to top our Navajo Fry Bread. First we make the Fry Bread from scratch and top it with homemade Cowboy Beans. Next comes the Queso Fresco and finally is this gorgeous relish.
