π€ΈπΌββοΈ You do not need to be flexible. We help to work on that and itβs not going to stop you being able to do a class.
ππ»ββοΈ Everyone is there for a good vibe & a great workout for themselves so no one is watching to see what spring or progression/regression you choose aside from your Instructor who is there to help.
