Jacky is the sole designer and founder of @MCLC , the pop-perfection slow fashion footwear brand that you may have seen rocking your socks off everywhere from TikTok to Trixie Motel. In this episode, Phoebe and Jacky discuss how the daily need to find balance in an ever changing world led Jacky to create her breakthrough design, The Balancing Act Boot.

This dress would’ve been perfect for a wedding at the MET or a library wedding, but not for my summer camp wedding. Also it had a $8000 price tag. Ultimately I loved the dress I ended up wearing, but thought this deserved a moment in the spotlight.

Some thrift tips from a thrift addict girlie whose been making trips to the goodwill since middle school. I’m pretty picky at the thrift these days, i dont want junk. I go for high quality pieces that last and can be basics, but of course also snag those eye catching pieces that make a statement. I never buy shein or forever 21, it wont last.
