Quick Full Body Workout 🦾⚡️
You ever have one of those days where Here’s a fast full body workout routine that’ll get you in and out of gym, but still presents a worthy challenge to your body. Try out this routine in your next full body workout! 🔥
The Workout:
1️⃣ Trap Bar Deadlift: 6 Sets, 6-8 Reps (Warm-up with 2-3 sets at a light weight (Ex: 135lbs). Add enough weight to the working sets where you fail between 6-8 reps with strict form. Try out this routine in your next full body workout! 🔥
2️⃣ Kettlebell Complex Movement (Snatch into Squat and Overhead Press): 4 Sets, 8-10 Reps (Each Side)
3️⃣ Medicine Ball Alternating Side Slams: 4 Sets, 12-15 Reps (Each Side)
4️⃣ Chest Dips: 4 Sets, 20 Reps (Not shown in the video)

⚡️Kettlebell Circuit Workout⚡️Try out this quick kettlebell workout that’s guaranteed to put your strength and endurance to test. Do all three exercises, right after each other, circuit training style. Perform each circuit for 3-5 sets and rest no more than 60-90 seconds to be at or close to full recovery before repeating the circuit routine.
