With a staff I sometimes forget that I’m working out cuz I’m lost in thinking of a striking bad guys … enjoy Some staff basics … sometimes I just don’t feel like hitting a horse stance or a drop stance .😅
PS never wear jeans and swing a staff when it’s 90degrees out 🥵 also don’t block traffic please ❤️ find a street that is not a main .
