I hope you all are having a good week! I’ve admittedly been a little stressed lately with an extremely busy work and family schedule and some health issues in my extended family.

However, when we’re busy and stressed, the best thing we can do is slow down. While that can be difficult to do, for myself included, it’s critical for our health and wellbeing and those around us. If any of you are also experiencing stress of any kind or just want to get better at managing it in the future, feel free to join me for the 30-Day Passion Fit Mindfulness Challenge!

Here’s how it will work: From April 1 - 30, the goal is to practice at least 5 minutes of mindfulness each day. This can be done in the morning, during the day or at night, and can be in the forms of deep breathing, meditation, yoga, listening to calming music, going outside in nature, journaling or anything else that works for you.
