When I first heard about intuitive eating, I was convinced that it would never work for me. The idea of eating whatever I wanted, regardless of the shape and size of my body seems so foreign to me because I was obsessed with attaining what I thought was the perfect body whatever license then is I needed to change my mind before I could change the way I ate.
