This is the first race in a series were calling "The Orion Trail Series" over the coming months we will be releasing similar races of different lengths all hosted on the Southwest coast path. The EXND ULTRA is 'where it begins'... The date to save in your diary is the 25th March 2023. Giving you 6 months preparation time. There will be a minimum requirement to enter as this race isn't to be taken lightly. 3000m of elevation gain is no joke. There will be 5 aid stations along the route fully stocked with all you'll need. We have a few great suppliers we can't wait to share with you later this week. We hope to start selling places for the race on the 1st of October, so 1 week today. More details of the race will be released during the week... This is the first race in a series were calling "The Orion Trail Series" over the coming months we will be releasing similar races of different lengths all hosted on the Southwest coast path.

The EXND ULTRA is 'where it begins'...

The date to save in your diary is the 25th March 2023. Giving you 6 months preparation time. There will be a minimum requirement to enter as this race isn't to be taken lightly. 3000m of elevation gain is no joke. Welcome to Orion Trail Events!With our first post, we wanted to explain a little bit about what we do.To put it simply, our aim is to be the first Ultra Marathon Event company to help you complete the whole of the South West Coast Path (SWCP) and be the most eco-friendly we can, while helping you achieve your goal! We aim to host our first Ultra marathon next year. Starting from Minehead at the beginning of SWCP and finishing at Instow, or as near as damn it (depending on logistics, venue, ect...) bring it in at around 110km give or take.We can't wait to take this journey with you! 💪🏻For now, enjoy these beautiful pictures we took while scouting out the start line at the beginning of the route.For us, the next few weeks will be spent recceing the SWCP and finalising routes for the upcoming races.
