A few weeks ago, we hosted Trevor at our HQ as part of the #OnewheelChangedMyLife project. We shared rides, meals and stories together😊
Trevor’s story is really incredible. He was once a truck driver, mountain bike ripper and a paragliding OG. He grew up in the action sports world and after a malformation on his spine took away his mobility, he didn’t give up. He traveled across the country to the @adaptivetrainingfoundation who, after helping him regain some mobility, suggested he try Onewheel. According to him, his life has never been the same. Onewheel has become his mobility device and a source of freedom to explore the world.
Honestly, when we set out to create this thing, we couldn’t have imagined situations like this one. But damn it if we’re not proud of it. It doesn’t matter how you ride. Whether you’re a trail ripper, tricker, suburban cruiser, or someone seeking back their lost mobility- as long as you’re having fun, you’re doing it right.
