Usar un sensor y lector de la glucosa cuando estamos viajando nos puede ayuda a estar más concientes en elegir opciones más saludables. Podemos darnos nuestros gustos siempre y cuando sigamos este orden para evitar un pico de glucosa: 1. fibra 2.proteina y grasa 3.carbohidatos/frutas. Esta mañana, antes de desayunar, mi nivel de glucosa estaba en 84. Al seguir el orden de primero la ensalada, luego la proteína con grasa y por último la fruta, mi lectura después de comer ensalada, omelette de vegetales con guacamole y 1 manzana fue de 89.
