Retreat 1:
Kathmandu
Nov 1-8
Immerse yourself in the rich cultures, colours and flavourful Nepali food in Kathmandu! With temple tours and a 3 day feast for the eyes on the Everest mountain range from Drishya.
Retreat 2:
Chitwan / Lumbini
Nov 8-14
Enjoy the safari in Nepal and get to take baths with the elephants, getting up close and personal scrubbing these gentle giants!
Followed by a trip to Lumbini, and visit the birthplace of Buddha.
Retreat 3:
Pokhara / Annapurna trekking
Nov 14-21
Relax in the scenic town of Pokhara, built round a lake in the mountain. Then go trekking and take in the breath taking views of the Annapurna mountain range!
Prices include:
- daily morning meditation
- daily morning and evening yoga classes
- all cosy accommodation with breakfast
- retreat 2 and 3, domestic flights
- all land transport
- temple tours
- trekking services/guide
All you need to bring is your open mind/heart, yoga mat and a big smile!
