About 6 years ago I went on air and spoke about PTSD being associated with gang violence. I didn’t know much about it but I thought it was a real thing that even I suffered from. I felt I should bring awareness and talk about it. It’s good to see that now it is being explored in Chicago and other cities across the world as a mental health crisis in our communities. #ptsd #MentalHealth #Gang #violence
