The Kiswahili word "ukumbu" means "memories". My latest album has this as its title because I would like to take all my fans and listeners into my artistic universe using my memories of Kenya as the channel to the past but also as the bridge to the present day.

The Ukumbu.KE tour was great as I got to share my music with so many people who would ordinarily be foreigners to Kenyan culture. This is the bridge I am building!

The Hot Jazz Club in Münster -Germany was very hot inside just like it's name suggests. I was sweating like crazy by the end of the show. We ALL were! 🔥 🔥 Not to mention that the music raised the temperatures to levels of volcanic activity! 😁 💕 It was an overall explosive night! 🤩 ✨ ⭐
