⚠️Yall I need yall help! Facebook has taken my business page. A few weeks ago I received an alert that someone has logged in from Indonesia. I responded it wasn't me and changed my password. They asked for me to submit a photo ID and I did. Nothing has happened. My business page is still visible on social media but it is not located under my profile as one of my pages. Like I don't have admin access. So I'm guessing whoever hacked my page took my access away. I have been trying to contact Facebook via all their wack support contacts. I even tried to appeal it and still no response. At this point I'm convinced I won't get my page back which is awful because that's my content, products, etc. Hell it's my stuff! But now I'm stuck because how am I to run my ads now on social media? My ads account is no longer there because it was linked to that page. Can yall please give me some suggestions on how to move forward and/or if this has ever happened to you how did you get it resolved if so. 😔
