By looking at the fiber structure, color, markings, and pigmentations, we are able to discover your inherited strengths and weaknesses. I checked out @rumbleboxingfortlauderdale this past weekend with @ilovethickvegans and it was FIRE. It is High-intensity class that combines the science of boxing with the transformative power of strength training. The classes are 45 Minutes with 10 rounds...Half Boxing..Half Weights.
I have been waiting for them to open and was excited to finally get in there. They have several different types of classes full body, lower or upper body .I did the full body which was absolutely amazing. I left everthing in that room . I am definetely will be adding this to my routine. Should we do a meet up there?

To see the mask come out , the sound of the drums and sekere playing paired with the women singing gave me the most intense chills. It one of the instances where my spirit feel at home. Intuitively I knew I belonged.
Identity has been core to my personal journey, especially as a first generation Haitian who was the raised by civil rights activist. My journey has been beautiful and complex. Black history month not only reminds me of our global history it reaffirms who I am and my values. I also know that I am black history.
