I can't believe it myself. These are delicious and the fiber content is so high that the calories and net carbs are super low! Only 2-6g net carbs each!
Bread is only 30 calories a slice with 11g fiber
Bagels are 80-90 calories with 32g fiber
Burger Buns are 90 calories with 22g fiber
Challah Rolls are 80 calories with 24g fiber

PROTEIN BANANA BREAD RECIPE! Enjoy this easy to make, delicious banana bread.
Preheat oven to 350.
Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
*2 Cups Kodiak Buttermilk
Powercake mix
*1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder. (I used my Driven Nutrition Fresh Cinnamon Roll, which is 130 calories per scoop with 24g Protein.

1 tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas totaling about 80z
1/2 Cup Good Culture Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2 Large Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 TBS Butterworth Sugar Free Syrup
Directions:
*Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
*Mash bananas in a separate bowl and add all other wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
*Combine wet and dry ingredients together and mix well.
*Spray a standard loaf pan and add banana bread mixture
*Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and it should be ready to enjoy!
