In an ironic twist of events this week, Zoom is now calling employees back to the office. We’ve been seeing this happen for months with many companies.
What does this mean for the future of remote work?
Personally, I prefer a hybrid model. The extrovert in me likes to interact in-person a couple of days a week. I feed off other people’s energy. But I love my remote days as well as a welcome change to the hustle.
