Each morning our staff arrives at 4am to roll, cut, proof, fry, and ice donuts. Each morning your favorite chocolate iced donut is hand-iced, one by one! Our donuts are square because it creates less dough waste. Each yeast donut hole is saved for making Cinnamonkeys! On top of that, the other dough trimmings are repurposed into what you might know as our “knots”. It’s what makes our donuts and sweet treats so special.
