Create clarity and coherence in the energy and frequency you hold and send out, as life responds to a coherent field and sends us a vibrational match for the energy and frequency that we put out. Sometimes you have to fine tune that frequency and stop giving your attention to the things that no longer resonate, and fragment your frequency.

When we take action from a place of alignment, we send a clear signal to the universe. Our actions and thoughts are aligned and a match.

Where we take action from a place of a lack of alignment, from the ‘shoulds’, societal conditioning or ego (unless we truly want that on a soul level too), we create a mismatch for the universe and that sends a confusing signal. It feels like a false start.. are we moving or not? Do you really want this?

It’s often best to creat clear alignment in our thoughts and potential actions before we take that intentional action.. and allow things to flow faster than if we do it from force ✨

Self first is not selfish: Make sure you take some time for yourself to stay grounded, in the midst of all this craziness
Balance is not just about how we manage and balance all of the priorities in our lives, and the interplay between work and play, productivity and rest. Balance is a flow every day in how we manage our energy, are both grounded and inspired, manage our masculine and feminine energies (which we all have in our own unique blend) to remain aligned, centred in to ourselves and our knowing; and in our own authentic frequency.
Your embodied self moves, feels and listens from a place of alignment. Alignment is a daily practice where we have to be present in our bodies - not numbing, future tripping, stuck in ego or conditioning. And that is whete the game changes for our energy, our conscious awareness and our elegant power.
