Correct! You always install the trim before you install the flooring! Do you want someone trying to install trim on your new floor? No, you don’t.

This makes so much more sense. Why bring the painters in for multiple phases? And why paint and finish work with a new floor? The paper always rips 😅

This makes sense to me until the last pieces of flooring. How do you get the last piece to set under the baseboard? Cut interlock off and glue?

Yes just slide it under and glue last piece! They do it for every house.

Honestly never thought of this, totally doing it this way if we ever completely flip a home at one time! 👏🏻

Because we are using a paint sprayer to paint trim, saves quadruple the time when painting trim…

When doing vinyl flooring how do you get the last piece in on every row without be able to angle it into the tongue ? Just curious. I flip houses.

NC contractor here. Our houses are 100% trimmed and finished and the painter is the last guy in. Tapes up the whole house and sprays it.

Doesn’t make sense. You should always to flooring first. Floors are not always perfectly level
