This programme is supported by @Limitless Singapore for our nEbOians to be actively engaged in discussions and activities, covering important topics like active listening, empathy, and overcoming the stigmas around mental health.
In learning to share personal stories and build connections, our nEbOians developed new skills and took meaningful steps towards promoting mental wellness and resilience!

Over a 2-day workshop that took place over the past 2 weekends, our leaders learned about design thinking and personality profiling to help them better understand and prepare themselves for their journeys with nEbO.
Big thanks to our Programme Partner, Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute - OTCi, as well as Coach Khim and Dominic of Leaven Academy for making this a memorable experience for our leaders!

Last Saturday, we had our first nEbO Leadership Programme Orientation for the year and the newly inducted leaders spent the day learning about the our origins and the labour movement, helping them understand the importance of their role in the community. After a quick refuelling lunch, everyone hulked out and went smashing things for fun with our friends at The Fragment Room!
