Skills in sports are often transferable. This exercise is fantastic for helping your serve.
To throw a perfect spiral:
1. Grip: Hold the ball with your fingers spread apart, with the thumb underneath and your index and middle fingers on top of the laces.
2. Stance: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, and your non-throwing shoulder facing the target.
3. Throwing Motion: As you prepare to throw, bring the football back close to your ear while rotating your hips and shoulders. Step forward with your front foot, transfer your weight, and follow through with your throwing arm keepi g the wrist relaxed as you let go.
