Shoppers at an Orange County Target store were surprised when a clothing rack caught on fire on Tuesday.
A rack of children's clothing at the Buena Park store burst into flames, spreading smoke through the store.

Video shows the struggle between the man and the employees as he headed towards the door to make a run for it.
The owner says one of the thieves used bear spray on them and then began smashing the display cases, but he was not able to steal any of their merchandise.

Firefighters responded at about 6 a.m. to the 1100 block of South Los Angeles Street. Flames tore through the roof of the two-story building.
About 120 #firefighters worked to protect nearby businesses. No injuries have been reported so far.

A man who witnessed the shooting at a Trabuco Canyon bar tells NBC4 said he was on his way to the bar when he was flagged down by a woman in a car blocking the road.
The woman was “freaking out” and said there had been a shooting.
“Sure enough, seconds later I hear the shots, I see the shooter,” Nelson Rosales said. “He walked over to a gray pickup truck, opened his passenger door, and then I saw a couple people walking out. I saw two bodies drop.”
Rosales said about a minute later, two or three deputies pulled up.
