About time for another accountability post yeah? Full length on the insta! Today we add the flow of the veil back into my dance routine. A long lost love of mine, I had forgotten just how much I find myself drifting away in the movement when working with something so simple, yet so limitless.
The super low ceiling certainly inhibited much of those said movements and created a challenge, but flow is so often about adaption, and adapt, one must.

so many years ago, dance was my life. for over 15 years I performed, taught, and lived fusion belly dance. I fell out of it due to an insecure ex, and inevitably children. I have been on a journey of transformation in the last couple of months physically, mentally, and spiritually, all of which have driven the passion back into action. This is an accountability post signifying my dedication to return. While so much of my skill and strength is gone, I recognize I have to rebuild from somewhere. It is time ☺️
