Happy Sunday, the perfect day for a easy no bake Chuckie egg Rice Krispie slice. đ±
All you need is;
* 3/4 cup (1.5 sticks) unsalted butter
* 2 bags mini marshmallows
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 8 cups Rice Krispie cereal
* 100g your favourite vegan chocolate
* Chuckie eggs
Simply melt your butter in a pan, then add half of your marshmallows stirring constantly, add your vanilla extract. Mix in your Rice Krispies, add in the rest of your mallows then some cut up Chuckie eggs. Add mixture to a lined dish spreading evenly, layer over some melted chocolate, then add more Chuckie Eggs to decorate the top. Place aside to set and cool down then enjoy. đâđ»đ± #mummymeegz
