Unfortunately you can not pick where you want to lose fat on your body. You lose it all round and eventually that arm fat will reduce and disappear 🔥🙏🏾
To really see results you need to:
▫️Be in a slight calorie deficit
▫️Incorporate weight lifting
▫️Do cardio to complement your journey
