INGREDIENTS
âïž 150g DF Butter
âïž 125g Light Brown Sugar
âïž 4 tbsp Golden Syrup
âïž 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
âïž 300g Oats
âïž 30g Moo Free White Choc
RECIPE
1) Melt the DF butter, sugar, vanilla extract and golden syrup over a low heat.
2) Once fully melted, mix in the oats.
3) Pop in a greased pan and cook at 180°c for 20 - 25 mins.
4) Once golden, turn out onto a baking tray to cool.
5) Once cool, melt your Moo Free Choc and drizzle on top of your flapjacks.
6) Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
đ 70g Plant Based Butter
đ 150g Granulated Sugar
đ 2 tbsp Milk Alternative
đ 1 tbsp Cornstarch
đ 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
đ 280g GF Plain Flour
đ 50g Moo Free Milk Choc
đ 50g Moo Free White Choc
METHOD
1) Pop your plant based butter and sugar in a bowl and mix together for about 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
2) Next, add in the milk alternative, cornstarch and vanilla extract and mix again.
3) Slowly start sifting in the flour and stir until you form a ball of dough. Add in a spoon or two of milk alternative if needed.
4) Pop your dough in the fridge for an hour. Just before taking it out, preheat your oven to 170 c
5) Roll out flat, around 1-2cm thick, cut out your crown shapes using the cutter and place on a floured tray.
6) Bake for 10 minutes at 170 c, until they are very lightly coloured on the top and edges. Take out and pop on a cooling rack.
7) Once cool, melt your chocs in the microwave and pipe your
fun designs.
8) Wait for the choc to set and enjoy!
