Lights out at the Library is our after-hours end-of summer celebration in the stacks for teens who complete the summer reading challenge. Every teen who submitted 5 or more book reviews earned a special spot at the party! This year: 40 teens earned an invite and 36 showed up with a grand total of 645 books read and reviewed… which ultimately resulted in 3 crazy hours of, glow-stick hide-n-seek, pizza, games, art, and fun! Did you know that even young children and infants can apply for U.S. Passports and get their passport photos taken at the Montrose Library? Thanks to @The Gleason’s for sharing this video of their experience!
