I used to be a fast-food junkie. I would stop by McDonalds late at night, I would NEVER touch a vegetable, and was never open to eating healthy or new foods. However, I began having pain in my joints, my face was breaking out, I was moody, and I had a lot of inflammation in my body.
After starting a healthier lifestyle, I began trying new foods and I’ll never go back to my old ways. Eating a healthy diet has given me energy, it has improved my sleep, it eliminated bloating, it eliminated night sweats, I was in such a better mood, and so much more.
Foods nowadays are packed with added sugars, sodium, saturated fats, and tons of additives and preservatives. All of which have been linked to cancer and many other chronic diseases. Eating the rainbow will guarantee that you get all the nutrients and micronutrients that your body needs to perform at its best.
Always remember to stick to foods that come directly from the earth. The less hands that handle it, the better.

I always gain a few pounds during my time of the month, so I like to sweat it out. Using the Sweet Sweat waist band always helps me out. I get on the treadmill for 40-60 minutes and bada bin bada boom! Let it go!
