The vendors were all local from either restaurants or cooks at the @WatPromwachirayanMN Thai Temple! You can find many of these dishes at your local Thai restaurant and if your in Minneapolis, check out @dineamazingthai which is where the Crispy Pork Belly, Panang Curry, Isaan Sausage, Pork Laab, and Mango Sticky Rice is from!
In Minneapolis, there will also be a mini Thai Food Fest at Wat Promwachirayan on Sundays 6/25, 7/23, & 8/13 from 11a-7p! And MinnesoThai that’s like this festival in September!

ATE MY WEIGHT IN PAPAYA SALAD 🇹🇭🙌 at the @Thai Cultural Council of MN Minnesota Songkran Festival! This years festivities was full of performances, singing, dancing, and of course delicious Thai food! There was also a Muay Thai demonstration by the world renown @Buakaw Banchamek and papaya salad making with Miss Universe Thailand (@Annanna ) and Miss Thailand (@กานต์ นางสาวไทย )!
The festival itself was so culturally diverse with people from all over coming together to celebrate a year of new beginnings! Thank you Minnesota for the warm welcome and incredible hospitality! I can’t wait to come back next year!
