Walking over lego bricks for #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
on Saturday with Bradford Health and Care Partnership.
The theme for this year is anxiety. Anxiety can feel like walking on lego, it's painful and uncomfortable and if we don't talk about it, it can build up and get worse.
Don't suffer on your own. If you are struggling remember there is help and support available.
