-Cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger
-Thyme, parsley, rosemary, coriander
INSTRUCTIONS:
-Cut the plantains into thin slices
-Toss with seasonings of your choice
-Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes on each side or until golden brown
For this recipe, we selected the first list of spices, topped them with cilantro and a touch of sea salt, and served them with green pea guacamole and salsa. Adding green peas to your guacamole offers more nutrients and a lower fat content than traditional guacamole.
