100 Rep Hip Thrust Challenge
You can use any weight that is challenging enough to you or do it without weight. It is a super tough one! If you don’t have a bench, use your sofa or a chair.

Here is another band alternative workout that you can easily do at home to add resistance or you can use to ease you into weights! I have mentioned to not underestimate using bands at home for your workouts. This is a full workout routine 💪🏻

▫️shoulder press 3 x 12
▫️sumo squats 3 x 15
▫️bent over rows 3 x 12
